Digitally produced dentures are virtually identical in quality, feel and durability to conventional dentures.  The advantage is that we use precision digital production with the most advanced materials for the best appearance, fit, feel and durability. Conventional dentures are usually made by hand.

We have several options for duplicating your dentures.

1. Impression kit – we send you a kit that you use to make an impression of the denture(s) this process takes about a week and is included in the cost of a replacement denture.

2. Digital Scan – A highly accurate digital scan is made of your existing denture. This requires a special scanner that is available at several locations – we will determine if this is a viable option, based on your location.

3. Records – We will also try to locate your dental records. If you have a digital design for your dentures, we can sometimes use this. Getting digital records in a useable format is quite rare and so we don't rely on it, but we may ask for the name of your last dentist.

Our dentures are just as durable as other dentures, and because they are much easier to reproduce than older bench-made options, we can replace them whenever you need or want to refresh your smile.

A great benefit of this new technology is that should your denture to get damaged, we can replace the exact denture with a phone call or by contacting us here, for the same price of a duplicate. If you have one of our coverage options, it will be very much less.

Whey you order full-arch dentures, we send you a try-in set first. This is to adjust fit and bite issues before the final denture is delivered.

For partials, flippers and nesbits, we can request a description of any issue and may need to have new impressions to adjust the fit issue. Sometimes people’s impression can be inaccurate and if that is the case, we work to address that via try-ins, descriptions and a second set of impressions.

Usually within 14 days. There are factors that can extend this, such as the time it takes for responses and shipping. Our delivery times are typically a fraction of other denture production solutions.
